All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been received.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

You can track your parcel at any time using the tracking information provided.
♡ Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply before the parcel can be resent.
♡ Missed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier may leave a collection card, arrange a re-delivery, or return the parcel to a local depot depending on the carrier's procedures.
Additional delivery fees may apply if a parcel is returned due to multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts.
♡ Undeliverable & Returned Parcels
If your parcel is returned to us, our customer support team will contact you to arrange re-delivery.
Any additional shipping costs associated with returned parcels are the responsibility of the customer.
