Bossy Kitty was created by cat rescue founders with one very simple thought… why should shopping for our cats be boring?

Through years of rescue, we’ve lived and breathed cats. We’ve cared for the fussy ones, the shy ones, the wild little kittens, the seniors and, of course, the very bossy ones. Along the way, we realised how hard it was to find cat products that were genuinely useful and actually cute.

We wanted cat furniture we’d be excited to put in our homes. Beds that looked adorable. Bowls that felt like décor. Toys, carriers and everyday essentials with personality.

Most importantly, we wanted fur parents to have just as much fun shopping for their cats as they do shopping for themselves.

So we created Bossy Kitty, a carefully curated world of cosy, clever and ridiculously cute things for cats and the humans who adore them.

Our rescue experience is behind everything we do. We understand that cats have different personalities, preferences and needs, so we look for products that combine function, comfort and beautiful design rather than choosing something simply because it looks good.

And Bossy Kitty has an even bigger purpose.

Every purchase helps support our work rescuing cats in urgent need across Sydney. Through our connection with OMK Rescue, shopping for your own little boss also helps us continue caring for cats waiting for their own person and their own home.
